Discover the Harmony of Nature and Mindfulness: Our Daily Rhythm
A Christ-centered, whole-child approach to joyful, purpose-filled learning at Agape Adventure Academy
Welcome to Agape Adventure Academy’s Daily Rhythm for the 2025/2026 School Year:
8:00—8:30am: Arrival: Free Play Outside As learners arrive, they are greeted with the freedom to explore and play in our outdoor space, setting the tone for a day of adventure and discovery.
8:30 – 9:30 AM | Morning Gathering & Movement
We begin each day in community, grounding ourselves in God’s presence. Through prayer, breathing exercises, CrossFit-style movement, and spoken affirmations, we prepare our hearts, minds, and bodies for the day ahead. Story time and songs help us connect with truth, beauty, and one another.
9:30 – 10:30 AM | Core Skill Building
During this focused work block, learners engage deeply in Reading, Math, STEM, Geography, Writing, and Art. Guided by curiosity and purpose, students work independently, in small groups, or alongside a Guide to explore topics that inspire wonder and growth.
10:30 – 11:00 AM | Movement & Brain Break
We reconnect, recharge, and release energy. Movement, play, nature walks, and creative expression help learners reset and return to focus with renewed energy.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Core Skill Building (Continued)
A second opportunity to deepen learning, apply skills in new ways, or work on collaborative and independent projects. This time fosters grit, problem-solving, and joyful engagement.
12:00 – 12:45 PM | Nourishment & Free Play
We gather for lunch and enjoy intentional conversation, read-alouds, quiet music, or open-ended play. Outdoor play follows, offering time for imagination, friendship-building, and movement.
12:45 – 1:00 PM | Prayer & Selah Time At Agape Adventure Academy, we press pause to pray, breathe, and listen for God’s gentle whisper—letting His peace refuel our hearts before we launch into the afternoon’s adventures.
1:00 – 2:30 PM — Outdoor Exploration, STEM/ART, or Rest Time
Learners dive into hands-on discovery through alternating STEM and Art experiences, explore God’s creation outdoors, build at the Maker station, tend the garden, or dive into literature-rich resources. Our preschoolers enjoy a restful time to recharge and reset for the rest of the day.
1:45 – 2:45 PM | Individual Project Work (Older Learners)
Older students pursue personal interests through self-directed, project-based learning. They may also continue with personalized work on their Chromebooks or extend their learning through enrichment assignments that align with their academic journey and passions.
2:45 – 3:00 PM | Community Clean-Up & Closing Circle
We return full circle as a community—reflecting on our day, celebrating growth, and sharing gratitude. We work together to care for our shared space and close in unity and peace.
3:00 PM | Pick-Up
Families reunite and head home with hearts full of stories, creations, and new insights from a day of learning, laughter, and God’s grace.
